The Helty Home app may also be compatible with Helty HRV models produced after January 2023, provided they have suitable firmware. Compatibility must be confirmed by checking the product’s serial number.

In this case, after verifying the serial number, the old control panel must be replaced with the new cloud control panel by an authorised technician, and the firmware must be updated to the latest version.
