The new Helty Flow800 represents the ideal decentralized HRV for ventilating larger spaces such as schools, nurseries, and workplaces with prolonged occupancy. In these settings, a continuous supply of fresh and filtered outdoor air is essential for enhancing indoor environmental conditions.

HRV for schools with no need for ductwork design

Added to the HRV unit itself, which is designed for ceiling-mounted installations, the Flow800 range introduces new variations: Flow800 Steel, integrating the HRV into a white-painted steel cover for visible installations, suitable for both ceiling and wall placement; Flow800 Silent, completed with a white wooden cover for ceiling installations that minimized aesthetic and acoustic impact of the HRV; FlowM800, where the ventilation unit is completely concealed, blending into a white cabinet that seamlessly integrates into spaces, offering easy access for inspections and filter changes.

Cabinet-style HRV simplifying design and management

The option to house the heat recovery mechanical ventilation unit within a cabinet makes the Helty FlowM800 a practical and versatile choice for upgrading classrooms, nurseries, and offices. The machine requires no complex ductwork design and can be installed quickly with two 250 mm cores in the perimeter masonry. FlowM800 is also available with air duct outlets on either the right or left side, offering maximum design flexibility in system integration and simplified maintenance through filters accessible by a side inspection door.

Air exchange and sanitization for assured indoor well-being

Flow800 stands for high air exchange rates without compromising aesthetics and acoustics. Air flow rates can be adjusted in six settings, from 300 m3/h (night mode) to 800 m3/h (maximum speed in hyper-ventilation mode), using the intuitive Helty control panel. The dual G3+F9 filters capture 90% of PM10 and 80% of PM2.5 particles, delivering purified and oxygenated air indoors while preventing smog and pollen from entering. Opting for versions equipped with bipolar ion sanitization devices further reduces the risks of airborne distribution of microbial, bacterial, and viral contaminants, leading to energy savings.

Thanks to the enthalpy heat exchanger, the Helty Flow800 HRV unit ensures an 80% thermal exchange efficiency, exchanging air without compromising the building’s energy performance. The minimum sound pressure of 21.5 dB (in Silent configuration) and the option to choose the Pure version, featuring a hygrometric sensor, CO2, and VOC sensors, transform Flow800 into a discreet and intelligent HRV system capable of autonomously regulating air exchange, ensuring maximum comfort in every environment.
