Decentralized HVR for schools and crowded shared environments

The Community Helty range has grown and been renewed, introducing the Flow600 model, a decentralized dual-flow ventilation system specifically designed for medium-high occupancy environments such as offices and classrooms. Adaptable and featuring a modern appearance, Flow600 by Helty is provided in a Steel version with a white painted steel cover. This model allows modulation of air circulation with variable flow rates ranging from 250 m3/h to 600 m3/h.

Excellent in performance and sleek in design, Helty Flow600 flexibly fulfills design needs that require high air renewal rates, such as nurseries, schools, offices, and common spaces, ensuring indoor well-being and thermal comfort in every season.

The easy-to-manage ventilation system, also suitable for schools

Flow600 ventilation systems ensure excellent air filtration levels, thanks to the included G3+F9 filter unit. A ventilation system that’s easy to design and install: it can be ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted, using a dedicated pipe covering enclosure that allows for intake/extraction ports on both the right and left sides. It only requires two 200 mm cores in the perimeter wall, or alternatively, four 100 mm cores.

Energy savings, modularity, and efficiency

With six flow rate adjustments – ranging from 250 m3/h to 600 m3/h – the Flow600 allows for optimal air exchange management in shared spaces, providing energy savings through its high heat recovery capacity. The unit is equipped with a cross-flow enthalpy heat exchanger, enabling thermal recovery efficiency of up to 82%, without the need for condensate drainage.

The "smart" and aesthetically functional ventilation system

The Flow600 HVR unit comes as standard in the Steel version, seamlessly integrated into a white painted steel cover with air intake and extraction openings. This configuration allows for visible installation of the unit, eliminating the need for additional aesthetic cladding. The Flow600 Pure version adds a hygrometric sensor, as well as CO2 and VOC sensors, automatically adjusting air exchange based on the actual needs of the ventilated environment.

Frequently asked questions

Mechanical ventilation allows for a continuous and sufficient replacement of the air volumes in enclosed spaces through stale air extraction and fresh air intake. This helps to reduce the presence of viral bioaerosols that might otherwise remain suspended in the air and spread by air.

Replacing indoor air with fresh air from outdoors that is continuously filtered and cleaned eliminates the problems associated with stale air, prevents the onset of mould and reduces the risk of exposure to dangerous indoor pollutants.

Natural ventilation through manual window opening is impractical, difficult to manage and energy-consuming. A mechanical ventilation system allows you to fully automate stale air removal and fresh air intake, delivering continuous indoor air purification and greater energy efficiency.
