What can an MVHR system filter?
In Helty MVHR systems, the fresh outdoor air supplied to indoor spaces is first filtered by a special high-performance filter that prevents the entry of particulates down to PM2.5, as well as dust, smog and pollen.
In Helty MVHR systems, before the fresh outdoor airflow is supplied to indoor spaces, it passes through a pleated filter capable of trapping even the smallest solid pollutant particles, such as harmful particulates and pollen.
All Helty Flow punctual controlled ventilation units are fitted as standard with an F7-class filter – ePM2.5 65% according to the new ISO 16890 efficiency classification. This is a high-performance air filter capable of trapping PM10 particulates and at least 65% of PM2.5 particles, as well as preventing pollen, smog and other pollutants and allergens circulating in the outdoor air from entering the building.
This significantly improves the quality and healthiness of the air entering the home and being breathed indoors.
