ESG and Sustainability: The Alpac Group’s Journey
Responsible development for future-oriented governance
Environmental, social, and governance sustainability today represents a fundamental strategic lever for the Alpac Group. The goal is to build a solid and responsible development model, capable of combining innovation, respect for the environment, and people-centered decision-making in the company’s medium- and long-term strategies.
The Alpac Group’s sustainability strategy
For years, the Alpac Group has been integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles into its growth policies. Through the Sustainability Report, the company highlights its commitment to reducing environmental impact, valuing people, and ensuring transparent governance processes.
The pillars of our sustainable development
Reducing environmental impact
The Alpac Group constantly measures and analyzes its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, adopting reduction strategies and sustainable production policies. This means optimizing the use of natural resources, increasing material recycling, and integrating climate change adaptation solutions.
Eco-design and product life cycle
Sustainability begins with design. For this reason, the Alpac Group prioritizes the use of certified, recycled, and recyclable raw materials, in a circular economy perspective that accompanies every product from conception to end-of-life, improving overall environmental performance.
People at the center
Employee well-being lies at the heart of the Alpac Group’s strategy: safe, inclusive, and stimulating work environments are promoted, along with continuous growth and training opportunities. Special attention is given to respecting diversity, gender equality, and social inclusion.
Innovation and responsible supply chain
Research and development play a key role in identifying low-impact solutions and increasing the efficiency of production processes. At the same time, the Alpac Group works with suppliers who share the same ESG values, ensuring a transparent and sustainable supply chain.

Sustainability Report: a shared commitment
The 2024 Sustainability Report, approved on July 30, 2025, expands its scope for the first time: not only the parent company, but the entire Alpac Group, including Helty and Alpac Tecnologica Europea.
This evolution reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening transparency and providing a more comprehensive account of the actions undertaken across the different companies and markets in which it operates.
The ultimate goal remains to generate lasting value for the environment, people, and society, through innovative, responsible, and future-oriented solutions.
